WETASKIWIN PUBLIC LIBRARY
On March 21 and March 23, 2019, presentations were given at the Wetaskiwin Public Library on:
a) getting started with Ancestry.com, library edition.
Note: The Yellowhead Library System had made Ancestry.com available to its library patrons, to be used within the library only.
It was thought a good idea to give a presentation on how to use Ancestry, what information was available, and how to save the information that patrons find.
To use the library edition of Ancestry you must obtain a library card. It is free when you live in the City or County of Wetaskiwin. Once you have your library card, you can use it to login to one of our nine public computers or login to Library Wireless on your own device. You cannot login with your regular Ancestry account.
