A few Alberta Genealogical Society members have demonstrated their enduring dedication to genealogy and showed generosity by bequeathing monetary contributions and or invaluable treasures such as local history books, maps and other genealogical treasures. Their thoughtful gifts enrich our collective knowledge and deepen our understanding of the world's landscapes and cultures. We are profoundly grateful for their foresight in preserving these resources, ensuring they continue to inspire and educate future generations. Their contributions are a testament to and enable the AGS community's commitment to fostering genealogical research and education.
Richard "Dick" Nash left a sizable bequest and we are forever grateful. Dick joined the Alberta Genealogical Society in 1978 and was a member of the Fort McMurray Branch, membership #659.
