Kenneth Young Newsletter Award
Ken Young was a member of the AGS from 2003 to 2008 and contributed a great deal to the Society in his time with us. Ken was President of the Lethbridge Branch when he passed away in 2008. Before his death, Ken had been promoting the idea of creating an award to recognize excellence in AGS branch newsletters. After his death, the AGS wanted to honor Ken's memory and initiated the Kenneth Young Award for the Best Branch Newsletter and certificates may be awarded for Best Local Content and Best Original Article.
