2017 Conference Registration

  • Pre-conference payment is now closed. Potential attendees can pay by cheque or credit card at the registration table.
  • One-day registration for Sunday, $65.00 per person
  • All registrations include sessions, luncheons, breaks and PDF version of syllabus

Conference packages will be available for pickup on:

Sunday, 23 April at Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre. Registration desk opens at 8:00 am

Important information from the Committee:

  • A schedule of your sessions will be available in your conference package.
  • Please read the Registration Brochure carefully for pricing, selection of sessions, options, etc.

Important Dates:

  • 14 April 2017—Postal registration now CLOSED
  • 20 April 2017—Online registration closes
  • Read Additional Information and Important Closure Dates and Cancellation Policy on page 16 in the Registration Brochure

Cancellation Policy:

  • Refund requests must be received in writing, by email (conference@abgenealogy.ca) or postmarked by 20 April 2017, less $25.00 service fee. No refunds after 21 April 2017

Recording:

  • The current AGS policy does not permit recording of speakers lectures unless explicit permission is given in writing from the speaker. This includes the use of snapshots of slides, etc. by any device: cell phone, tablet, computer, etc.
